Charleston WV Apartment Shooting Victim Lawyer
If you or a loved one have been the victim of a shooting at an apartment complex, contact a Charleston WV Crime Victim Lawyer from Forman & Rist to discuss your case. We help the victims of violent crimes such as shootings, stabbings, and sexual assault or rape cases to seek civil redress from property owners and managers who have failed to keep an area safe.
Many large apartment complexes can become infested with crime when the owners fail to take measures to secure the property. When prior crimes such as shootings or stabbing have happened in the area, owners and managers are on notice of a problem at their property that should be addressed. If they fail to take any action to stop the criminal activity, the owners and managers can be held responsible for the crimes in a civil lawsuit.
