A Charleston, West Virginia man was robbed at knifepoint late last week while walking his dog near Charleston Arbor Apartments at 100 Washington Street, East. According to this Charleston Gazette article, the man was robbed by two men who were demanding money. The victim received minor injuries to his neck and was treated at the scene by paramedics.
