Getting Help with a Hit-and-Run Accident
If you or a loved one have been the victim of a hit-and-run accident, contact a WV injury lawyer from Rist Law Offices to discuss your case. In any hit-and-run accident the most difficult part of the case is identifying the the perpetrator of the crime. In many accidents the police are able to find the driver of the vehicle and criminal charges follow. However, if the driver or vehicle is not located, it will be important to have an experienced lawyer investigate the case.
Many people do not know that their own underinsured motorist coverage could provide insurance money to help with hospital bills, lost work, or physical therapy charges. An experienced lawyer will review your own insurance policy in order to provide you with an opinion as to whether a claim should be made.
Rist Law Offices handles all hit-and-run accidents on a contingency fee basis, which means there is no charge until a case is settled or won in court.
